Quote app for electricians
Price a rewire or a new consumer unit on site and send the quote before you leave. Your customer accepts it in one tap.
Certification and notification
Say whether certification and Building Regulations notification are included in your price, for example through a competent person scheme where applicable. Describe what you'll provide rather than assuming the customer knows.
Chasing and making good
Describe the chasing you're allowing for and whether making good or plastering afterwards is included. If patching, redecorating or other repairs are outside the price, put that in the quote description.
Consumer unit and completion testing
Specify the consumer unit and the circuits covered by the price. Set out the testing and Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) you'll provide on completion where applicable, and note any existing faults excluded from the scope.
Access and power-off times
Write down which rooms or areas you need access to, the working hours you've allowed for and the expected power-off periods. Say how you'll agree these with the customer and flag anything that could affect the timing.
