Services used by Bojit may store data on your device:

• Supabase: Authentication and database services
• Crisp: Live chat cookies are activated only when you request chat, as explained below

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookies.

Our live chat is provided by Crisp IM SAS. It lets you message us for support and lets that conversation be preserved between pages and return visits.

The chatbox is loaded in Crisp's Total Privacy Mode. In that mode the chatbox does not start a visitor session or set its chat-session cookie simply because a page loaded. Opening the chat is your request for the live-chat service; from that point Crisp may use the cookies it needs to operate the conversation and restore it for you later.

• Cookie patterns include crisp-client-session-* and crisp-client-*.
• Crisp's default chat-session cookie expiry is currently up to six months unless configured otherwise.
• Crisp states these chatbox cookies exist for messaging functionality rather than advertising tracking.
• Crisp processes technical data including your IP address and browser or session information. An IP address is personal data, not anonymous.
• Messages and any contact details you type are processed so we can answer your support request.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through chat. You can remove chat cookies at any time through your browser's cookie settings (see Browser Controls below), which will end conversation restoration on that device. Crisp publishes its own cookie and privacy information at crisp.chat/en/privacy. To ask about your information rights, contact support@bojit.app.

You have several options to manage cookies:

• Cookie Consent Banner: Accept or decline optional cookies when you first visit. You can clear the bojit_cookie_consent browser-storage item to be asked again.
• Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies

Note: Blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality and your ability to use certain features.
