Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us provide you with a better experience by remembering your preferences and understanding how you use our service.

Services used by Bojit may store data on your device:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase): Keeps you signed in; stored in your browser's local storage rather than as a cookie
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection on sign-up and login forms
• Stripe: Sets its own cookies on Stripe's checkout and billing pages when you pay
• Crisp: Live chat, loaded only after you accept optional cookies or ask to start a chat, as explained below
• Google Analytics: Counts visits to our public website pages, only after you accept optional cookies. Sets _ga and _ga_<ID>.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookies.

Our live chat is provided by Crisp IM SAS. It lets you message us for support and lets that conversation be preserved between pages and return visits.

Nothing from Crisp is loaded on a page until one of these happens:

• you accept optional cookies on the cookie banner or on this page. The chat button then appears on our public pages; or
• you ask for a chat yourself, by choosing Chat with us on the website or Help & support → Chat to us inside the Bojit app. That request starts the chat whatever your cookie choice is, and does not change it.

If you decline, or have not chosen, the chat is not loaded and you can still reach us by email. Inside the Bojit app the chat never appears by itself: it opens only from Help & support and is hidden again when you close it.

Once loaded, the chatbox runs in Crisp's Total Privacy Mode. In that mode it does not start a visitor session or set its chat-session cookie simply because it loaded. Opening the chat is your request for the live-chat service; from that point Crisp may use the cookies it needs to operate the conversation and restore it for you later.

• Cookie patterns include crisp-client-session-* and crisp-client-*.
• Crisp's default chat-session cookie expiry is currently up to six months unless configured otherwise.
• Crisp states these chatbox cookies exist for messaging functionality rather than advertising tracking.
• Crisp processes technical data including your IP address and browser or session information. An IP address is personal data, not anonymous.
• Messages and any contact details you type are processed so we can answer your support request.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through chat. You can remove chat cookies at any time through your browser's cookie settings (see Browser Controls below), which will end conversation restoration on that device. Crisp publishes its own cookie and privacy information at crisp.chat/en/privacy. To ask about your information rights, contact support@bojit.app.

You have several options to manage cookies:

• Your optional-cookie choice: Accept or decline on the banner when you first visit, and change your mind at any time with the buttons below. Declining stops Google Analytics straight away and removes its _ga cookies, and stops live chat loading from then on; to remove chat cookies already on your device, clear them in your browser (see Browser Controls).
• Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.
