How long does it take to send a quote?

A quote is a title, a customer, an amount and a date, with an optional description and photos. Once your business details are saved you can put one together and send it on site.

Can customers accept quotes online?

Yes. You send a link, your customer opens it on their phone and accepts with one tap. They do not need to create an account or install anything.

Are quotes itemised?

No. A Bojit quote is one clear price for the job, with a description if the work needs explaining. There is no line-item builder to fill in.

What happens after a quote is accepted?

The accepted quote becomes a live job, keeping the customer, address, price and photos. When the work is done you turn that job into an invoice PDF.

Can I attach photos to a quote?

Yes. Add photos to the job and choose which ones appear on the quote PDF the customer sees.

Does it handle VAT and my bank details?

Yes. Turn VAT on or off for your business, and your bank details appear on your invoices so customers know where to pay.

Is Bojit only for trades?
