Reminders that chase for you
A nudge to follow up a quote that's been opened but not accepted, and repeat reminders on unpaid invoices, on top of the overdue reminder Bojit already sends. So a quote you've sent doesn't sit there forgotten while the customer gets round to it.

Send a free quote as a link
Made a quote in the free maker? Send it as a link instead of a PDF. Your customer accepts in one tap and you're told when they open it. Sign up free and your quote is waiting for you.
Easier on your phone
The cookie banner is much smaller, so it no longer covers the page. You can now pinch to zoom anywhere in the app.
Free invoice maker
The free maker now does invoices as well as quotes. Switch between the two, add your own invoice number and bank details, and download a PDF. No sign-up needed.
Your VAT number on quotes and invoices
Add your VAT number once in Settings and it's printed on every new quote and invoice you send.

Two new plans are in the works. Pro will chase quotes and invoices for you and show how the business is doing. Team will let a whole crew share one Bojit account. Register your interest from the pricing page and you'll hear first.
Bojit Plus is here
Plus brings Bojit AI and customer messaging together for £10/month. Upgrade in the app in a couple of taps and cancel any time. Free stays free, with no limit on quotes or invoices.
Every quote, locked in
Each quote you send is kept exactly as it was sent. The price your customer accepts is always the price they saw, and changing a quote creates a fresh version rather than quietly editing the one they already have.
Bojit on your home screen
Add Bojit to your phone's home screen and it opens full screen. You don't need to download anything from an app store, and it's always the latest version.
Try it out with example jobs
Load a ready-made set of customers, quotes and jobs, complete with photos, and see exactly how Bojit works before your first real quote. Clear them away in one tap when you're ready.
VAT, handled
VAT registered? Switch it on once in Settings and every quote and invoice shows the VAT and the total correctly, every time.

Faster help from the Bojit team
When you get in touch, we can now look at your account in a safe, read-only view, so we see exactly what you see and can fix it faster. Nothing is changed, your customers aren't contacted, and every look is recorded.
Know the moment they open your quote
A new bell tells you when a customer opens a quote, accepts it or sends a message. Quote cards show when it was opened, so you can follow up at the right time instead of guessing. Tap an alert to land straight on the job.
Customers can message you from the quote
Customers can ask a question right from the quote link, with no account and no app. You reply from the job in Bojit, they get an email, and the whole conversation stays with the job instead of getting lost in your texts. Part of Plus.
Bojit AI
Talk through the job on site, or type your notes, and Bojit AI drafts the quote for you to check and send. You can also ask it quick questions about your quotes, jobs and invoices. Part of Plus.
Your jobs on one board
On a laptop or big tablet, Home becomes a three-column board. Drag a quote across to Active the moment it's won, with Undo if you slip.

Down to three places: Home, Customers and Settings
We cut the app down to three places. Home opens straight onto your jobs, split into Quotes, Active and Completed, so what you need is always one tap away.
Quicker on a patchy signal
The Bojit website loads noticeably faster on a phone, which matters when you're stood on a driveway with one bar.
