Terms of Service

Bojit is operated by James Tweed, an individual based in the United Kingdom. Bojit has not yet been incorporated as a company. For questions, contact james@bojit.app.

By accessing or using Bojit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bojit for your business purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or make commercial use of our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You agree not to misuse Bojit services, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with service operation or other users
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Uploading malicious code or content
• Violating intellectual property rights

The Free plan is £0 forever and does not require a card. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial. Quote sending is not metered today; once Pro is genuinely available to purchase, the Free plan will include five new customer quotes per calendar month. That allowance will not remove your existing quotes, customer records or invoices, will not stop a customer viewing or accepting a quote you already shared, and will never start a charge automatically. Pro is not currently available to purchase. When paid plans become available, subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly basis. You will be able to cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed securely by our payment partner. Your card details will not be stored on Bojit servers and will be handled by PCI DSS-compliant processors.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

Your use of Bojit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy rights under GDPR and UK data protection laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Bojit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
