Terms of Service

Bojit is operated by James Tweed, an individual based in the United Kingdom. Bojit has not yet been incorporated as a company. For questions, contact james@bojit.app.

By accessing or using Bojit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bojit for your business purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or make commercial use of our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You agree not to misuse Bojit services, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfering with service operation or other users
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Uploading malicious code or content
• Violating intellectual property rights

The Free plan is £0 forever and does not require a card. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial, and includes quotes, invoices and online acceptance with no monthly limit. It never starts a charge automatically.

Plus (£10/month) is available to purchase in the app:

• Plus is billed monthly in advance, with payments processed by Stripe.
• The price includes any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → “Plan”, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• There are no refunds for partial months, unless required by law.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If the subscription ends, your account returns to Free and no data is lost.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
• If you're a consumer in the UK, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days; where you ask for Plus to start immediately, you agree that this right ends once the service has been fully provided or is reduced in proportion to use, as the law allows.

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). Your card details are not stored on Bojit servers and are handled by PCI DSS-compliant processors.

Bojit AI drafts are suggestions. You check and are responsible for the prices and content of anything before you send it. Bojit AI never sends anything on its own.

Messages between you and your customer are stored with the job. A quote link stops giving your customer access 90 days after an unaccepted quote expires, or 90 days after the job is completed. You can turn customer messaging off for a job, and your customer receives an email notification when you reply.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

Your use of Bojit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy rights under GDPR and UK data protection laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Bojit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
