The things people usually want to know before they start using Bojit.
How long does it take to send a quote?
A quote is a title, a customer, an amount and a date, with an optional description and photos. Once your business details are saved you can put one together and send it on site.
Can customers accept quotes online?
They can. You send a link, your customer opens it on their phone and accepts with one tap. They do not need to create an account or install anything.
Are quotes itemised?
Not at the moment. A Bojit quote is one clear price for the job, with a description if the work needs explaining.
What happens after a quote is accepted?
The accepted quote becomes a live job, keeping the customer, address, price and photos. When the work is done you turn that job into an invoice PDF.
Can customers ask me questions about a quote?
Customer messaging is part of Plus. Your customer can send you a message from the quote link without creating an account. You reply from the job in Bojit, they get an email when you do, and the conversation stays with the job.
How do I know when a customer has opened my quote?
The bell in Bojit alerts you when a customer opens a quote, accepts it or sends you a message, and your quote cards show when it was opened. Bojit never sends reminders about a quote to your customer on its own.
Can I attach photos to a quote?
You can. Add photos to the job and choose which ones appear on the quote PDF the customer sees.
Can I add my bank details?
Put them in once in Settings and they print on every invoice, so the customer knows where to pay.
Does Bojit chase unpaid invoices?
Once, and only by email. If an invoice you emailed from Bojit passes its due date and you have not marked it as paid, Bojit sends your customer one reminder in your business's name with a link to the invoice. Replies go to your business email and no further reminders are sent. Mark an invoice as paid when the money arrives and no reminder goes out.
Can I use Bojit outside the UK?
Bojit is built for the UK, but you can quote in pounds, euros or US dollars.
What does Bojit AI do?
Bojit AI is part of Plus. Describe a job by voice or text and it drafts a quote for you to review: title, description and the price you said. You can also ask it questions about your quotes, jobs and invoices.
Is Bojit only for trades?
It's built with trades in mind, but it works for any small business that prices work before doing it, like mobile services or property maintenance.
Can I try Bojit before paying?
The Free plan stays free forever, with no card needed. It covers quotes, invoices and online acceptance with no monthly limit. Choose Plus for £10/month when you want Bojit AI and customer messaging. Cancel any time.
